BCYF in the Media: Community Exhibition ’26 Featured in the AFRO

The AFRO recently featured the Baltimore Children & Youth Fund’s 2026 Community Exhibition, highlighting how community-led investments are creating opportunities for young people across Baltimore.

Held at the University of Maryland BioPark, the exhibition brought together residents, families, elected officials, and community partners to experience the impact of BCYF-funded organizations through interactive exhibits, performances, and youth-led storytelling.

The article spotlights organizations including CHARM and Expanding Boundaries International (EBI), sharing firsthand stories of how BCYF funding is helping create welcoming spaces, strengthen leadership, expand creative expression, and open doors to life-changing experiences for Baltimore youth.
