The Maryland Nonprofits Conference is an annual statewide convening that brings together nonprofit leaders, youth advocates, and community partners to strengthen equity-centered leadership and organizational capacity across Maryland. For BCYF and its partners, this conference is an opportunity to both learn and lift up Baltimore’s youth development ecosystem within a broader statewide network.
*We’ll publish a Learning Report after every conference, sharing what youth and community members said, what they learned, and how that learning turns into real actions for Baltimore’s Youth Master Plan.
Part of BCYF’s the learning lab: building skills, connection, and power for Baltimore’s youth ecosystem.
Impact from Past Events
In 2024, the Maryland Nonprofits Conference drew 500+ nonprofit leaders statewide, with participants reporting stronger professional networks and actionable strategies for infrastructure development.
“This space reminded me that Baltimore’s grassroots leaders are part of a much bigger movement across the state.” — BCYF Participant
